Processing takes 2 to 4 days business days.

Orders usually ship within 7 to 10 business days, unless otherwise specified.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and once your order is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you.

We do not process or ship orders on the weekends.

Shipping days may change during new launches, and holidays, you will be notified when this occurs.

DèAnnique is not responsible for stolen, missing, or lost packages for this matter you may want to take into consideration a required signature for your shipping.
Returns
At DèAnnique we want to make your online shopping experience amazing and
your returns as easy as possible. Please read carefully.

Items must be returned within 7 days of your original shipping date to be eligible for a refund with your original receipt included. If we have not received your item within 7 days or your returned item does not have the original receipt, you will receive a store credit.

For exchanges it must be returned with the return form that is given within 7 days of original shipping date and you will receive a store credit.

Return merchandise for refund or exchange must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

When DèAnnique receives your returned item and it has been reviewed, your refund will be for the sub total amount only. If item appears to be worn, we have the right to deny any refund request or exchange requests.

Your refund will be process within 3 to 7 days when we have received and reviewed your item.

Original shipping fees are non refundable or applied to store credit.

If your item is incorrect or damaged when you receive it, please email us at shopdeannique@gmail.com within 24hrs with a photo of the item and original packaging and your order number to resolve the issue. If you do not email us immediately within 24 hours, your item will not be replaced.

When returning an incorrect or damaged item, please fill out the return form and include it with your returning items.
